The Movement Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202132240Z) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the “PDPA”). This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers personal data collected through themove.ai. Personal data collected through our platforms — SmartWard, SmartRehab, SmartActive and AI Mirror — is covered by the notice provided within those services.

Where our platforms are deployed within an institution, that institution determines the purposes for which participant data is processed. In those circumstances we act as a data intermediary and process the data on the institution’s behalf under a written agreement. Requests relating to that data should be directed to the institution, and we will assist it in responding.

Personal data we collect

If you contact us by email we receive your name, email address, and any other information you include in your message. This website does not use forms, accounts or advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

• to respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
• to discuss, scope and deliver partnerships, pilots and deployments;
• to meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We do not disclose personal data except where required by law or with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it serves the purpose for which it was provided, and no longer than 24 months from our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by law or by a continuing business relationship. We then delete it securely.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you, and information on how it has been used or disclosed;
• request correction of any error or omission;
• withdraw consent to our continued use or disclosure of your personal data.

To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details below. We will verify your identity before disclosing any personal data. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and where we are unable to respond within 30 days we will let you know the time by which we will respond.
